Phase 2.Diagnose:
Work in partnership with you and your core team to diagnose key challenges, selecting the most pressing needs to focus on, and exploring actionable options. After obtaining an in-depth understanding of the challenges and desired outcomes, I will present potential solutions based on the diagnosis.

Phase 3Create:
Strategy stage developing and applying the solution previously agreed – work collaboratively to refine strategies, actions, and communications to achieve those objectives (it is iterative and ideally workshops form part of the process). Articulate who your brand is, what it does, its look and feel and its overall position in the marketplace.

Phase 4.Launch:
Once the strategy has been refined and perfected it is time to deliver and implement the necessary tactics to achieve the previously set KPIs with a well-defined comms strategy – focused on producing the deliverables and measuring its results.

As a natural first step in the process, I focus on the strategic part of the brand.
This definition is vital because it will then have a direct impact (internally and externally) on the overall brand identity and all future brand communications efforts.
Here we will define a distinctive space you want/need your brand to occupy in the desired customer’s mind and how we will position your business in the marketplace vs other players.
Based on the brand research and strategy defined earlier, we will create a new, unique and authentic visual identity that reflects the Brand and its positioning. A visual distillation of your brand’s purpose and personality that helps maintain consistency in how the brand looks, feels and sounds every time it interacts with its customers, granting your brand recognition & positioning in the marketplace over time.
We will create a communication strategy roadmap that is platform- and channel-neutral. It includes all the instances and touch points in which your brand engages with its audience and will develop the tools and colateral needed to implement it.
