Hi, I am Manuel, a brand strategist, creative director, consultant, and author. I’ve spent the last 25 years in the creative / advertising industry in both entrepreneurial and corporate positions across branding, creative direction, digital advertising and design. And most recently, I have found my true passion – branding for conscious businesses – helping companies that do good, do well.
Let’s be honest. Our consumption-oriented society is often perceived as incompatible with the words “ethical” and “sustainable”.
We purchase things that we don’t need which are harmful to humans, animals and the environment. And worse, we are often not even aware of it.
And this raises a fundamental question: Are brands bad for society?
The answer is: Well, it depends…
E-branding stands to change this, which is why this is my core focus. I believe in business as a force for good, and in growth through purpose. Making a positive impact on the planet should be paramount, and Conscious Capitalism, the norm.
Transformational change to society takes time but bit by bit I am confident we will get there and I am energised and keen to do my part. The work I will do with you will make a positive impact on your business and ultimately in the world we live in.
